Yeah but it's also Irish for Jane which means the exact same thing as John. That name has so many forms for men and women. I thought Sean was just a guy's form but I guess her parents just wanted to be different. Maybe they really wanted to use the name but decided they werent going to have any more kids.

A great actress named Sian Phillips, pronounced like Sean. She is Welsh. She was the matriarch (can't remember the name at the moment, Lydia?) in "I, Claudius" long ago. Actually, I think she was in "Dune" also!
