Pay Equality-The Big Joke!!

Netflix should have paid Robin Wright about $50,000 an episode max..The fact is that Kevin Spacey is a much better actor and the P.c nonsense about pay equality is a joke..Women usually take the cushy jobs in banks and 1% of the time they work in Military or hazardous jobs. If women really want to be taken seriously they need to ante up and start taking jobs that are not so easy..Most men and Women are equals when they leave college, but a lot of these actors barely made it out of High School..Women are also a larger drain on health insurance and all this is taken into account when someone Male or Female is hired..For women I say they need to realize that 90% of the advancements in the world are made by men..95% of the engineers are men and this is how it's been for most of my lifetime..Robin Wright has never really stood out as a great actress and the fact that Netflix granted her request and she told the stories in interviews anyway is a big slap in the face to netflix..Fire her and get someone else!!

I think that Men or Women should get paid the same for the same job, but if you are going to bitch about equal pay then stop going into job interviews dressed like a street walker and then complain about not being taken seriously..

I think men and women should be paid the same on two conditions:

1) They are doing the same job.
2) Their skills in this job are equal.

For example, Jennifer Lawrence was the star of Hunger Games and a much better actress than her 2 male co-stars. It stands to reason that she should be paid more than them in these movies.

In this case, Robin Wright is very good actress, no denying that. Kevin Spacey however is on a completely different level than her, so her demand is a bad joke... If it was Meryl Streep that played the part, then yes she would be well within her rights to demand this. Gender has nothing to do with it.
All Wright did here was say "Even though my acting skills are worse than Spacey's, I demand the same pay because I'm a woman"....

In today's workplace it is legal to discuss your pay with other employees, but if you walk into your bosses office griping about pay inequality you better have something great to offer that company or the boss will fire you and find someone else..These actor's think they are helping regular people by doing this, but no..If you do great work most companies will recognize this and pay you appropriately, but if you are a slacker who is bitching because you have been there longer..you are out of luck..Find another job if your are not paid enough..and for God's sake remember that what you do on the job determines your worth!! and not how long you have been there!!

Men should start giving birth so they can understand that work is MUCH easier than that pain. Especially acting. Are you kidding?
