I just read how many now famous or iconic roles she turned down. She would have been Meryl Streep prolific! I saw her filmography and the roles that she decided to play shows just awful decision making by her and her agent.

i am a big fin but no. However she is for me one of the best ever, not exactly goat. Her performance in terms is one of the best ever. I think had she done half 0f the roles offered maybe she would have been awarded the afi by now and her 15 year mainstream stardom would have been like audrey hepburns. She already had 3 iconic roles, doing something like alex forrest peggy or dottie. the most frustrating is the dottie part which she had in her hands but could not stand madonna. As a winger fan that is just frustrating that she turned a legacy cementing role. She would have had 4 iconic roles if she had done that.
