I saw the promo video for The Iceman, and noticed Michael Wincott was playing an associate of Kulchinski's... But I don't see him under the list of cast?? Would be a shame if he was replaced by franco and Evans.. Wincott is an awesome actor IMO... I think he would suit the roll of Mr. Softee much better than Evans/franco...

Yes, Michael performed in the early screen testings working with the lead actor. (No doubt to teach the kid a thing or twelve about acting.) However, the film made some changes during it's pre-production and that new direction did not include Mr. Wincott as the mentor of the Iceman. It's a loss for the film, but Micheal used the time well and worked on several other projects he might not have been able to do if he was tied up working on Iceman.
