With his voice and pin-straight hair and sword skills, Michael Wincott is the 1st name that comes to my mind when I think of a live action Final Fantasy 7 movie.

Even if the morrow is barren of promises, nothing shall forestall my return.

No. But I def see him as Revolver Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid.
