Not a very good actor or writer

Compare his performance in "Psycho",the 1998 version, with Anthony Perkins. There's no comparison. He doesn't even come near trying to play a psychotic. Then watch "Delivery Man" & compare it with "Starbuck", the original French film. The original, Patrick Huard, is funny, not great looking & plays it with some passion. Vince simply walks through the film. You really don't care what happens to him.

Perhaps his better work is in "The Wedding Crashers", but that wears thin.

Now let's look at his writing skills...and I say that facetiously. "The Internship", "The Break Up" & "Couples Retreat"

It seems he is with the right crowd of people, therefore he's guaranteed work.
