For a name that long, he might as well been named

Kiefer William Frederick Dempsey George Rufus T. Firefly Sutherland

anyway....

What does he write on First Name boxes?
What does he write on Middle name?
What does he write on Last name?

and more importantly, how the hell do you register a kid with such a long name?

Wow... that was one long ass name.

I think first name would be "Kiefer" and last name would be "Shutherland." Everything else would be the middle name.
