enhancement and preservation i guess, but I doubt if she did some surgery. Her face looks the same as before when she was younger :)

There is not a single wrinkle on her entire face. She's a 53 year old woman. Get real! A bit of upkeep is understandable, but when your forehead doesn't move, you've gone too far!

Actually, she does have wrinkles. If you've ever been on gettyimages you will see when she smiles she has smile lines like everyone gets when they smile. Proof she hasn't paralyzed the muscles with botox- she simply would not get a crinkle if she did do botox- that's how it works. I've also seen her forehead move lots of time in Revenge. She actually said during an interview that the director told her not to move her forehead to perfect the 'b*tch stare'. She has wonderful skin and brilliant genes. If you have seen her arms and her decolletage the skin looks beautifully pale and youthful. She looks extremely good for her age. I've also seen posts that her lips have been filled with collagen...another misconception. If you have ever seen her in her previous movies (when she is about 25!), then you would know she has the same lips as she has now.

I agree, she looks great. She has definitely had some surgery though, or at least SOME Botox. Her face looks a little stiff, but not excessively so.
That's where she was smart: She isn't trying to look 30 again.

That's where a lot of celebs go horribly wrong. You can look youthful, but you're only 30 once. Especially when you're in your 50s!

Of course she has had work done. Every woman over 40ish in TV and movies has had work done! It's naive to think otherwise. Some doctors are conservative and have good results and some are too aggressive and go too far. Madeline looks beautiful but she definitely needs to be careful not to cross that line. I wish they were all required to disclose all the work they've had done on their faces like the truth in advertising laws.
