has anyone ever had a positive experience meeting him??

I got an autograph from him about 7 yrs ago and paid $75 for it. He didnt personalize it, he did not really even acknowledge that I was even there except for a small nod. Though, Nimoy was sitting right next to him with a much larger line and he actually said a few words and smiled at me. I wanted my money back from Shatners handler
