I really like some of his films so it surprised me that I have managed to miss all his films since Robin Hood.
Have I missed any good films or are the films as poor as the critics say they are?
People might say otherwise, but Prometheus and The Counselor are really good IMHO.
Haven't seen Exodus or The Martian yet though.

shareYes. Robin Hood was my least favorite Scott film, but since then he's been on a roll.
Prometheus and The Martian are his best sci-fi movies to date. And The Counselor is his best film ever. Many people feel that way, including, apparently, Scott himself.
Do check out Prometheus, The Counselor, and The Martian. Exodus is also pretty interesting, even if it was hacked to pieces in editing (it's missing 90 minutes, still).
What can I say, I love all of his films in the decade 2010-2017
Robin Hood (2010) - probably my least favorite here. Not great but not bad at the same time
Prometheus (2012) - I love it very much but yes, it was a bit confusing
The Counselor (2013) - decent
Exodus (2014) - a bit chaotic. Too many scenes were deleted but again, Ridley showed an amazing cinematography
The Martian (2015) - pure masterpiece IMO
Alien: Covenant (2017) - my #1 anticipation of 2017!
Honestly, the Martian is the only one of his after Robin Hood that is really good.
