I saw him on Ray Donovan set a week ago. Addictions? None, apparently.

A week ago, Ray Donovan did location filming at a vacant house in Granada Hills, California (Los Angeles County) that looked like it had been built in the 1970s. It was the only location where the Showtime original series filmed on that particular day. (The show has used a different location for almost every episode since 2013.)

Craft Service (google that term if you're not familiar with it) offered large supplies of many different foods, both healthy, junk and varying degrees of both, over a period of more than nine hours. Crew members, actors and background extras were told they could eat as much as they wanted.

I observed that Mr. Schreiber ate very little, and the little he ate was healthy. He seems to have a lot of control over his food intake. As most people know, food has been known to lead to addiction issues for many sensitive performers, both male and female, such as John Candy and Roseanne Barr. Craft service probably was a bad influence on those two.

Another addiction that Liev Schreiber does not have is a handheld device. I noticed that he has one, but he used it or checked it for less than five minutes throughout his nine hours of working in Granada Hills.

Just because Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber split doesn't mean he's addicted to anything, such as casual sex. Maybe their parting was in the style of the Esalen Institute (Big Sur, California) in the 1970s. You know, where both partners say, "I'm evolving, I'm evolving . . . You do your thing I do my thing. You are you and I am I."
