Any movies that are of decent quality anymore? I mean I guess sin city 2 was descent but other than that it's just straight to dvd garbage. Is it his appearance that prevents him from being in anything good or does he just have terrible judgement?
shareProbably both. He's not young and freakish looking and he picks a lot of duds just to make a buck.
shareHe's usually too strong a presence in movies and overshadows alof the other actors... Remmeber the Iron Man movie he had a role in a few years ago... He's the only thing that stands out in that sea of banality...
It's a shame what he has done to his face, that's probably a factor, but I think the charisma and screen presence partly to blame as well, because he'll nearly always upstage the leads if paired with most of the contemporary ultra-bland actors on screen today...
Remember the The Expendables? That scene where he tells Stallone why he got out of the merc business because of the guilt and shame he feels over his war crimes? He out acts everyone else in the movie with that one scene... Apparently he thought he was in a different movie than Stallone and the others who were in a dumb action movie.
Maybe that's why he wasn't invited back...
