I love him.

I love him too. Not really sure why. He was just so cute in Friends and then his role in x-files was small but incredibly memorable. He played a character that was so creepy yet I couldn't help but feel bad for the lovesick teenage boy. When I catch him in a movie I'm always happy to see him. He's just got a presence I guess.
