University Place

I once saw him while in a little supermarket on University Pl ,Greenwich Village...We were both in the coffee isle and I picked up Cafe Bustello-a Cuban style cafe.He actually asked me how it was,that he always wondered....I was almost speechless ,but managed to say"yes" and asked if he was who he is..He was very gracious after I complimented his work-down to earth,nice guy....
These things only happen in NY....sorry he has left us.
