Question. Why do people put a generic word or phrase like "question", or "actor's name", or "Random Month" in the FREAKING SUBJECT LINE?

THERE'S ROOM FOR YOUR ACTUAL QUESTION (or a summary at LEAST) in the SUBJECT LINE!
That is what it's there for, ya goofs.
When you DON'T summarize your question or statement, NO ONE WANTS TO READ IT. The purpose of a SUBJECT LINE is to provide SUBJECTS by which other readers can search and sort by.
