Did Ron Perlman ever star in General Hospital?

I seem to recall seeing Ron Perlman playing some sort of spy in General Hospital in the late 70's early 80's. I have looked at his tv roles and
it's not mentioned. They mention him acting in Ryan's Hope as far as soap
operas are concerned.

Don't know how but you might have him confused with John Reilly who played Sean Donely on General Hospital he was a spy in the WSB same as Robert Scorpio.
