War, war never changes!

I've read rumours of a Fallout 4, yet there's no mention of Ron Perlman voicing in it. So either no fallout 4 :(, Ron perlman isn't in it :(, (He's said "War, war never changes" in every single fallout game!) or they haven't released any information! hopefully it's just the last one! I'm looking forward to a fallout that uses the new Graphics engine they used in skyrim!
