Ron Perlman has been in some GOOD and expensive movies, movies with a good IMDB-rating and such stuff.. butt why in the hell is he in crappy lowrated B-movies?! And I'm not talking about like 1 or 2 movies that he's been in that is crappy. Is it "money talks" for this guy?
Perlman said that acting is he's way to pay bills.
shareMaybe he just likes to work consistently. I doubt it is easy to always be able to find roles and act in what some consider to be critically "good" pieces so maybe he just wants to keep busy and try different things. Just because he may act in some low-rated pieces does not mean he himself does not turn out a good performance every time.
Eric Roberts is another underrated actor who seems to act in everything that comes along. Just be thankful you can see him so frequently even if it may be in things you think may be beneath his abilities.
