why can't he make a good movie anymore? he hasn't made a good movie in which he is one of the main reasons since 1982

He was great in "Star Trek: Generations" (1994). Despite the large cast, his role was prominent enough and notable.

I was thinking of his role in Generations also but Blue Thunder (1983) is memorable, though most of it is spent sitting in a helicopter shooting at things.

Gangster No.1 and while Halloween is not a good movie, he is doing the best acting in it, and does a new interpretation of Dr. Loomis.

Yeah, I was going to say the Halloween films. He was strong in those.
