Hahaha.. I know right. And that overrated show Big bang theory & modern family also win again. I suspect there's some sort of conspiracy, nepotism, etc within the emmy organization.

I've never seen the show, nor am I really all that familiar with her as an actress, but I couldn't help but notice the subdued applause/reaction from the audience when she was announced.

just wondering if you even watched the show this year? i'm guessing no...it was much better than it had been the year before. it really should have been nominated for best drama and most tv critics agree with that (especially over downton abbey) and julianna Margulies definitely deserved to win (though I would have been happy with robin wright also)...

I completely agree with you. Julianna deserved to win and she was not playing the same role! She was submitted for an episode where you saw her Almost completely broke and she acted it extremly well. Well deserved Julianna.

I stopped watching awards shows decades ago after I figured out much of it boils down to popularity contests, network pressure, etc. I know what and whom I admire, so I don't need some vapid academy to confirm or deny what I already know. Too many of their silly categories often pit apples against oranges until nothing makes sense.

The Good Wife always engages my interest. Margulies and the rest of the cast do a marvelous job, and the writing tends to be strong.

I think she's beautiful, her weight is fine, and she deserved the Emmy.
