To me, he just looks like a very well groomed man in his early 50s. He works out. Dyes his hair. Wears man-makeup on tv. But I still think he looks late 40s-early 50s.
Maybe even older.... A lot of actors in their late 40s/early 50s look better than he does. Then again it could just be though my eyes, to me he looks.... Terrifying.

Except the media keeps making him think he DOES look 30s. "You never change" they say. Well yes, being well groomed it's not like the difference between young and old Val Kilmer, but he does look in his age group.
Jared Leto is the only actor I know who looks mystically young at 44. And the singer Pharrell Williams.
It has never been about him looking quite a bit younger than his age. It has always simply been....that he is very good looking. Right now, he's a very good looking 52 yr old.

Yeah, he does look slightly younger, but not younger than 40's. In fact, him being 52 is not surprising at all. He actually doesn't look younger.
