Testimonial in Chia Pet Commercial?

Hey all,
I have a fairly strong recollection of Matthew Lillard, as he appeared in the Scooby-Doo movies, giving some sort of testimonial in a commercial for Chia Pets. Does anyone else remember this, or was it another actor or another product?
