Some things to note: 1) the actress has blue eyes; the mugshot has brown; 2) if you go to http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Jennifer_Lien you'll see more recent pictures of the actress, which look nothing like the mugshot.

Yeah, curse the USA for transparency!!! Arrests should be made in secret so nobody can find out! It would be so embarrassing! Nothing bad could possibly come out of secret arrests, could it!?
