Would it be possible for Kes to be part of the crew again? Would she be dead? Or would she have evolved into something even more powerful then the last time we saw her in "Fury" 11 years ago?

Hopefully if there is a Voyager movie Jennifer agrees to come back as Kes, even though she's not feeling the acting bug at the moment. It'll be interesting to see all 10 characters finally interacting with each other. Especially Kes and Seven.

You apparently dont realize that Kes now looks massively different from when the show was running.

Actually i do realize. Yes Jennifer does look more mature now. But i'm not expecting her to look like she was in '95-'96 or '97 for that matter. I'm sure Kes has aged quite a bit, like in the episode "Fury". But i'm thinking she probably has the superpower to make herself look more middle aged. Not old and worn out like she was in "Fury". That is if she knows now how to use her powers correctly.

Don't you think with her superpowers, she could easily make herself look younger, or older whenever she felt like in the present day, or future? Of course i'm not expecting 1996 Kes when she was a teenager or early 20's.

Since Ocampa only live about ten years, Kes is long dead.
