Just watching the first episodes of Voyager

And she struck me with her beauty and charm again. While the rest of the crew treats the Doctor like a simple prop, Kes discovers he's a person and tries to gain his trust and care for him. She is simply so adorable.

Yes, it was nice how Kes treated the Doctor.

I just finished season 3 of Voyager after about 15 years and I am surprised how differently I see her character now. I think she was by far the best developed character - meaning that she went through some great character development from, basically a very young girl into a self cofnident woman. I felt sorry when she left.
