Great actor!

I watched him on The Killing last year. Everything he does is great.

Edit: moviechat.org first post for Elias Koteas.

I think when I saw the credits for Chicago Fire, they saved EK for the end like he was a special performer. I really didn't know him. But since then, I see him popping up in all sorts of movies. Right now Some Kind Of Wonderful is on, and I see he has a part. Definitely a working actor.

I think I meant Chicago PD. Loved his character on it but ... (spoiler) ... he got killed off, and I might add, in fine fashion. I wonder if it was over $$ or his own choice. Really liked how Jason Beghe mourned by himself on the roof top.
Chi PD is a great ensemble series, and I wish they had kept him. Nice counterbalance to the younger and good looking detectives.

He was great in The Thin Red Line (1998).

He's great. I've been a fan of his for nearly 25 years, ever since I saw him in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when I was very young.

He was good in Happy! and Oz as well.

reply

Agreed. He's one of those actors who, once you're aware of him, turns up all over the place and is always good.
