What's she like in real life

I'd heard that K Sutherland on 24 reportedly didn't care for her. She struck me as kind of (maybe it's just some of her characters)...bratty on film. Remember the way she snapped at Max to shut up? A little too realistic...

Mia Kirshner is nothing in real life like some of the characters she portrays in film and TV. Its just acting. Good acting I might add.

From what I have read, Mia Kirshner is really nice to fans. Those that have encountered her have said that she is really approachable and sweet but is VERY shy and VERY soft spoken.

Wheres your source that Kiefer didn't care for her? Got a link? Genunienly curious, if its a personal connection I understand but she seams like a cool person in real life and a great actress!

I honestly don't remember where I had read it, but I had heard that he didn't want Kirshner on the show. I know it was back in 2007 when I had read it here if memory serves me correctly. And, saround the same toime that year another viewer--NOT ME--had said that Ms. Kirshner seemed to have some type of Bi-P disorder. Either way, she's quite easy on the eyes, ja?

Probably just like the movies - so sexy she blows my mind ! 

Having met and been in a Keifer Sutherland film (only as an extra) I must say his opinion on someones character means jack. He was rude, spoiled and uncaring. He forced all his coworkers, crew and extras to wait hours in the freezing cold while he drank coffee and complained about far too many things. He pushed his way through people and was constantly making people cater to his every demand. Having also met Donald Sutherland who was nothing but sweet, sincere and dedicated I have to say Keifer is an embarrassment.

Now I don't much care for Mia Kirshners roles. Every character she plays I tend to despise. But I would take anything Keifer said about her with a grain of salt.

Donald Sutherland played Merrick, Buffys first watcher, in the movie "Buffy the vampire slayer", which came long before the tv show, but isnt part of the canon.

He annoyed Joss Whedon greatly because he didnt used the dialogue given to him in the script, but made up his own. Which is IMHO kind of rude and unprofessional, and one of the reasons why the movie isnt part of the canon.

They recasted the character for the tv show, too, though I think he only appeared once.

He may be a dick, but I ran into him once outside of the Hollywood Hotel (a music venue despite what the name sounds like), and he was very chill, soft spoken, and quite nice. That said, it doesn't mean he isn't a dick if you spend more than 2-3 minutes of time in his orbit. I'm just saying that he was quite accommodating in my short interaction with him.
