Xenia Onatopp was Famke's best role ever. My favourite Bond Girl By far and one of my favourite characters in general. It would be awesome to see Famke take on the role of the sexy psychopath again somehow at her current age, she still looks great!

Halle Berry doesn't count. She was well-known/famous BEFORE she became a Bond girl. In fact, she had already won an Oscar for Best Actress.

As successful as she has been, Berry still played second fiddle to Famke in the X-men movies, which have been the biggest movies in either of their careers. Also, Famke appears in a lot of hits (3 Taken movies, Hansel & Gretel) outside the X-men films in recent times, while Halle hasn't been in anything on the same level as those movies.
But I would say Rosamund Pike is nipping on both of their heels after the success of Gone Girl and her Oscar nomination.
Have to be in flashbacks or dated back before Goldeneye took place.
Have to admit Piers Brosnan's line "Ahhh, she always did enjoy a good squeeze" was top 10 in the most hilarious Bond dry humor jokes of all time. That one hit the poetic nail right on the head when Onatopp was strangled by the trees and the chopper.
