I hope Whedon writes Ross into Age of Ultron, something as huge as Ultron needs some kind of appearance out of Ross in there, especially with the rumored plot-line they have now.

It took several years, but your wish is finally their command. It's been announced that he's back for Civil War.

This is pretty surprising news considering its been eight years since he played that role (Well in time for 'Civil War' anyway. I take it Hurt must have had a lot of fun playing that role. While we are at it I wouldn't mind seeing Liv Tyler come back as Betty Ross though I doubt the chemistry between her and Rufallo would work. I dunno, just don't really see it.

I have a lot of confidence with Mark Ruffalo, so I think Liv Tyler gotta work extra hard if they bring Betty Ross back. And yes, we're seeing William Hurt reprising his role as General Ross in Civil War. :)
