Movie question?

I caught the last 10-15 minutes of a film on one of the cable networks the other week and I thought it was Daryl Hannah. She was on a dock, and blew away some damn fool who had just nailed her with a speargun, but turned his back to her without finishing the job.

Was that her, and if so does anybody know the name of the film?
