To me, Mark Hamill IS the Joker. Ever since Batman TAS it just seems strange anytime someone else does the voice. Very similar to Kevin Conroy as Batman, It just throws me off when someone else attempts to voice the Joker.

Troy Baker is definitely second as far as my favorite Joker voice. I'd be more than happy for Troy to voice The Joker a third time if Hamill is unwilling/unavailable.

Totally agree. Mark Hamill is my favorite version of the Joker followed by Heath Ledger. I grew up watching Batman TAS and it's hard for me to have anyone else voice the Joker because they can't live up to Hamill's Joker.
