Great big-screen performances by Hamill?

Hi all,

I've basically just seen the Star Wars films and "The big red one" (apart from his computer-game performances). Does anybody have any recomendations?

Technically Mask of the Phantasm was released in theaters. So watch that.

I liked him in Walking across Egypt. I did not even realize who it was at first. Which is good.

He sent himself up brilliantly in Jay and Silent Bob strike back, Kevin Smith movies are not to everyone's taste though.

Empire Strikes Back- surprised no one has mentioned this one.

The Empire Strikes Back is in the Star Wars franchise. The original poster said they have seen the all the Star Wars movies and asked for other roles aside from Luke Skywalker. That's probably why nobody has mentioned Empires Strikes Back yet

I liked him in "Slipstream". The movie itself isn't that great but I thought Hamill did a good job.

If you want to see him do something really awesome 'against type', watch "John Carpenter's Body Bags." He plays a pro-baseball player who loses an eye in a car accident and gets a transplant, but all hell breaks loose as a result. Definitely a different kind of role- he gave me major creeps!
