WTF

Lots of drinking, lots of cocaine, lots of sun, and lots of cigarettes. People can usually manage to retain some of their youth if they indulge in just one or maybe two of those vices, but you can't do all of them and not have your appearance pay for it.

She also appears to have had cosmetic surgeries or botox or something which hasn't helped either. She is certainly a strange case though—it seems like she went from looking relatively healthy to looking borderline unrecognizable in a short amount of time. She almost looks as old as her mother, and her mother is 86.

That's because of all the plastic surgery.
She thinks it's more attractive to look like a 58 year old lizard than a 58 year old woman.
