Carrie will still be in the next Star Wars film

I was relieved to hear this considering the fact that I was devastated when she passed, even though I knew that she did indeed live a rough life.

On that note, I'm sure that the writers will have something special planned for her at the end of the film.

With today's technology they have many options.
It was very sad, and they were so close with her mother. Tragedy.

With that being said, however, I have to agree with you. My heart literally broke in two when Debbie died the next day.

It is kind of poetic, that she left us with one more film in the pipeline, and not only that, but it's as Leia, her most known role.
