He doesn't look like he used to

I know Emilio is in his 50's and everyone ages but he really does look different than his former self. It looks like he got so much work done to his face, he really needs to lay off the botox. I don't think it's weight gain because there's no sign of wrinkles or crow's feet on his face. It's a shame he aged badly because he used to be so cute.
