On a little teeny body. That's what I see anytime I watch him.

He is slimmer in some movies than at other times,
He seems to naturally be quite 'angular' in build ...

Also he wears big hats in some movies . . . but the man stands 6' 2" . . . he ain't no little man . . .

Watch closer when he's shown next to people . . .

He seemed like a big, strappin dude in Road House. These days, he’s looking pretty frail. But still carries himself quite well for his age.
