Just saw "Wild Horses". Movie had SUCH POTENTIAL, but dredged on as a seeming Vanity piece. The scenes surrounding the female Texas ranger were SOOOO BORING, contrived & disjointed, and I waited to imdb her after I suffered through the film. GO FIGURE - it's his wife. Very unconvincing as a Mexican - no wonder - she's Argentinian. Complete disappointment in a great actor, director and storyteller. "Wild Horses" could have been amazing with the complete omission of her character. Sad. Amazing actors in the film, and everyone is overshadowed by these ridiculous, boring scenes with his real-life, nearly half a century younger wife.
