RDJ isn't perfect Tony Stark.

Stop calling him "the perfect fit for Tony Stark", because he's not. Downey Jr. is very different from the comic book Tony Stark almost in every way. RDJ's Stark is self-obsessed, eccentric, narcissistic, douchey. Comic book Tony Stark is self-critical, serious, dark, empathetic, and more likable. Comic book Tony Stark never would call little kid a pussy for no reason.

While you stay in your home and read comic books, let the others to enjoy RDJ's Iron Man in MCU... You are clearly in minority and honestly no one gives a s**t about how Tony Stark is in some comic books which kids read.

RDJ is quite possibly my favorite incarnation of a Marvel character. And one other thing I like; he has had parts both big and small in so many MCU films, and yet he is extraordinarily consistent in his portrayal.

It's funny that people bash the source material for the movies they love, and call it kiddy. Funny thing is that those "kiddy comic books" are darker than the movies you watch since Disney doesn't produce them.

Funny how you throw jabs at the source material to defend your generic mcu movies. And by the way, without the comic books, there would be no precious mcu. Ironic isn't it? Also, the comics are far more mature than the childish trivial mcu movies.
