Sorry if this has been brought up before but who else liked him as Penguin?
I did, and I can't seem to figure out why he was nominated for a Razzie as Worst Supporting Actor for it. I thought he was perfect, and not just because of his height.

I still think that Danny as the Penguin is still the best Batman villain to be put on the big screen. And Batman Returns is my favorite Batman movie to date
At the beginning of the movie you feel sorry for him,
Then at the end you see that he is completely insane
Plus the Penguin has one of my favorite deaths scenes
