He was one of my favorite actors before he said that. Now he's down at the bottom with likes of Julia Roberts and Tom Cruise. What a flipping idiot. Is he seriously this naive? Is he too stupid to think of the fact that criminals wont turn their guns in and then only criminals will be armed? Not just that, but our government will have 100% of the power at that point and there will be nothing we could do about it. What a freaking tard. Lost ALL respect for him.

You probably don't care that is not what he said at all. Matt said there should be sensible discussions about gun control in the US.

You're just trolling, but to correct the record, there have been no massacres in Australia since the gun reforms. It made a huge difference, and Australia is proud of what has been achieved. Nobody was harmed.

Then again you have a totally different socioeconomic context over there... So is like arguing people in the rain forest should should use the same methods to protect themselves from a flooding the same way a desert dweller would.
