What Happened?

Just seen him as the mechanic (Dawson i think is his name) in Adventures of Babysitting and he was so ripped. He does make the perfect Kingpin now, but i didn't know he used to be in good shape.

In his 20s & 30s, Vincent was tall & thin. He would buff up for a role when it was required. He also put on weight for roles & then lost it. Towards the end of Criminal Intent, Vincent put on a lot of weight. He said it would be off in a year. It wasn't. My supposition is that Vincent found out that it's not so easy to lose weight in your 50s, as when you were younger. In the new "Magnificent 7" movie coming out this September, he is very heavy. Last week, at the event promoting the new NBC series, "Emerald City," Vincent is very trim. I don't know Vincent personally, this is just my observation having been interested in Vincent's career.
By the way, I always thought they should have sold a poster of Dawson. I'm sure it would have sold very well.

P.S. If you want to see Vincent really young & thin, may I suggest "Mystic Pizza."

Marlon Brando found that out. He never looked better when he was in his forties in 60's movies like "The Night of the Following Day" and "Candy." He said it was always easy to shed 20-30 pounds before a movie, but he was increasingly unable to pull this off in the 70s.

Also how did he get that cut considering he also did full metal jacket the same year as adventures of babysitting

Adventures was first, then he gained the weight. Took him nine months to lose it.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it? 
