Does anyone else remember an obscure

Little short tv series that he did in the UK in the mid70s? I remember seeing it played on the South Florida PBS station after Monty Python. I remember it had something to do with a rock band. Mainly young women. Does not appear, I think, on his IMDB listing. That was where I first remember seeing him. Then RHPS was released. Saw RHPS three times before audiences started chiming in.

If I remember correctly, "Rock Follies 77" was a sequel TV series (second season) to a TV show 'Rock Follies' starring Julie Covington, Rula Lenska, and Charlotte Cornwell as a band called the "Little Ladies". In one episode they are playing in a club and Tim is there playing a stripper in zip-up/off leather. A memorable role to still remember it after all these years. I still have both soundtrack albums and they still sound great nearly 40 years later.

Ha! Amazing. Poor Tim. Whilst he was indeed head to toe in black leather - he wasn't playing a stripper. He was portraying a difficult Rock Star called Stevie Streeter and the Little Ladies were singing back-up for him on his tour.

This is a clip of his big number 'street signs': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tF1CxeZjATk
