I'm watching the TNG episode "Birthright" (season 6 episodes 16 & 17) now, and thought the voice of the alien Jaglom Shrek sounded familiar, so I had to look up the actor, and guess what? 👆

Indeed, Cromwell does a few characters in the 24th Century Star Trek series, but he is most well know as Zephram Cochrane--inventor of humanity's version of the warp drive in the hit 1996 epic Star Trek - First Contact.
