This woman deserve an Oscar

You are so right. This is my opinion: Glenn Close is Meryl Streep's acting equal. Maybe she doesn't play the same kind of roles as Meryl (for example: ones where she speaks in accents) but every time she plays a role, you completely believe in the character, 100%. It doesn't matter what she's playing, she's incredible! I was so pissed with the Academy for a long time, for not awarding her the Best Actress Oscar for FATAL ATTRACTION, in 1987. I mean....what more could you POSSIBLY ask for in a performance?!!! It's true that Alex wasn't a like-able character, but Glenn was so incredibly convincing in the role that it just seems wrong she didn't win the Oscar, even considering the year's competition.
