bad guy?

The only true bad guy role he ever played was in The Killer Meteors. But that's a pretty boring movie.

I know, I've seen it. He is just a thug not doing much. It's not what the OP looking for.

Miracles - Jackie isn't the villain but he does run his own gang to kidnap people. There are some scenes where he shows his bad guy image. For example when he tells the butler how he will be able to walk without his legs...something like that but he says it with a straight face and you find out he is threatening him. Yeah it doesn't count but that's the closest Jackie has played to being a bad guy who ends up becoming usual Jackie Chan character.

Shinjuku Incident - towards the end Jackie becomes Jackie again but during the whole movie he does a lot of bad things. Again he isn't the villain he is just caught up in one of those do or die situations.

Fantasy Mission Force/Dragon Attack he played a thief and a con artist. But he sort of came around towards the end and became the hero, so I guess that doesn't count.

He needs to be a villain soon that would be awesome!!!!
