I'm not sure what the movie was, but Jackie Chan is the lead, and it's insane, as if written by somebody on LSD. The action shifts quickly to different locations, including a surreal sequence on a train. It's in Cantonese(?)
How surreal was the train sequence? hes done many scenes on a train and almost all his films are in Cantonese before the 1990s
