shareThe thing about "actuarialsm" is that is a word, is that oddly enough past a certain point ... usually one's mid to late 60's the longer you live, the longer you will live.
That is an older person's life expectancy at say 70 is greater than a new born baby's because the have lived through all the dangerous accident and work related illnesses, and bad habit health effects.
Probably longer than you. I doubt you will make 65. Unless you lose weight....

shareThat's not skinny. Unless you are like 6'5" you have too much fat on your body. Or all that weight has to be muscle. So unless you change your bad eating habits a heart attack can happen sooner rather than later. Most men begin developing heart disease in their 40's if they do not change their eating habits. And we all know most men refuse to change their eating habits in their 40's. Funny thing is most people dont know they have heart disease until its too late....shame really...
