Hi folks I'm just back from Brussels in Belgium and I spotted, actually walked by, Michael Caine. He was quite loud in commenting that the area was so busy. He was in the area of The Manneken Pis statue. He's filming Mr. Morgan's Last Love and the location was a 5 star hotel.
