Michael's top ten performances?

Over the years Michael has given many superb performances. In which ten films do you think he gives his best performances? For me it's the following.

Shiner
Get Carter
Educating Rita
The Statement
Zulu
Jack the Ripper (TV miniseries)
The Muppet Christmas Carol
The Ipcress File
The Quiet American
The Cider House Rules

I think he was also fantastic as the loyal Alfred in the Christopher Nolan Batman films.

Go to bed Frank or this is going to get ugly .

Tough one for Caine, he's been in a lot of great films with great performances but also been in a ton of dross. You have to fight through the dross to find the gems but they are there. This is my top 10

1. Get Carter (1971)
2. Alfie (1966)
3. Educating Rita (1983)
4. The Man Who would Be King (1975)
5. Hannah And Her Sisters (1986)
6. The Quiet American (2002)
7. Sleuth (1972)
8. Little Voice (1998)
9. The Cider House Rules (1999)
10. Zulu (1964)

Honorable mentions:
The Ipcress File (1965),The Italian Job (1969),The Last Valley (1971),Dressed To Kill (1980),Deathtrap (1982),Mona Lisa (1986),Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988),Noises Off.. (1992),The Muppets Christmas Carol (1992),Last Orders(2001),Children of Men (2006),Harry Brown (2009),Youth (2015) and Batman Trilogy.

Any Caine fan knows that - one of his all time best/craziest performances from him, is in the movie:

The Hand (1981)

Hands down...
