Ive seen a lot of posts recently about how people don't like HBC and think she's a one trick pony... They all say she is a bad actress but surely if that was true she wouldn't get half the roles that she does? I think it's mostly down to jealousy. Or have I missed something?

Also, how can people say she was terrible as Elizabeth Taylor? In most shots I thought she looked uncannily like Liz and portrayed her correctly.. If anything, the shows criticism should be down to the writing and directing?

I'm interested to hear why people feel so negative towards HBC as I feel she is one of the best actresses to come from England

IMDb is full of trolls so don't even worry about that. She's a fantastic actress. How can she be a one trick pony when her performances in The King's Speech, Big Fish, Fight Club, Les Miserables, Harry Potter, Toast, and Burton & Taylor are so different from each other. She's brilliant, versatile, a true character actress.

Given her diminuitive size, she was a very hot dish to boot, adored her in The Kings Speech, you forgot Forrester's "Room With A View" 1985. Compare that performance to Kristen Stewart at comparable age, then get back to me, she's always enjoyable & surprising. I'm trying to remember Big Fish, such odd duck movie, haunting & uplifting in its way.

SHe a very unique and obscure actress. One of the most talented actresses ive seen. Very versatile.

I certainly dont hate her. She is one of my favorite actresses and she is very very talented!!!! I love any movie she is in. She is great!!!
